Interaction are experienced providers of Direct Support.  Support will be tailored to meet the individual needs of people with PWS.

Our friendly and dedicated staff provide support and training all areas of daily living assistance, including:

• Personal care
• Social support
• Community access
• Household tasks
• Transport
• Travel
• Life transitioning

Individual Direct Support can be provided in group settings, one-on-one, camps, holidays and during regular activities.  Support service can be adapted and tailored to be as intensive as required.

It is important to note the following: 

Interaction can provide Direct Support services for people who are living in any of Interaction’s PWS accommodation types .

For people with PWS who are NOT living in an Interaction accommodation facility, Direct Support can only be provided to individuals in the Sydney and surrounding areas at this point in time.

However if you require Direct Support services outside of Sydney and surrounds, please email us with your location and requirements.  This helps us build a database to understand other geographic locations that Interaction can consider in its future plans for PWS services and supports.

Direct Support for people with PWS aged 0-7 cannot be provided for under the NDIS, however fee for service CAN apply.  Alternatively 0-7 years can be covered by the Early Childhoold Early Intervention program (ECEI).
