Giovanni Mission
Program Coordinator

Giovanni is a Program Coordinator within the Direct Supports team at Interaction, and has been with us for the past 11 years.  With 26 years in the disability sector Giovanni’s wealth of knowledge and experience is extremely well respected around the office.  Keeping busy with his 9 year old son, Giovanni also loves his sport – playing tennis, basketball, soccer and volleyball.  Music is also an interest, having every album from his favourite band ‘YES’.

Kun Ho Lam
Direct Support Coordinator

After 10 years teaching in Hong Kong, Lam moved to Australia and took up a role with Interaction as Direct Support Coordinator – she has been with us for 10 years now.  Lam liaises with participants and their families/carers to arrange support required, match appropriate staff to participants, along with rostering, supervising and administration duties.

For Lam, it has been a humbling and rewarding experience working with and learning from people with special needs, their families and everyone at Interaction.  She believes what she does means a little something to the life of those who are in need of support, and we completely agree!  Outside of work Lam enjoys visiting places of interest, nature and art/craft.

Natasha Calafate 
Direct Support Coordinator

Starting her career in South Africa as a Receptionist, Natasha has taken on various roles since, including Conveyancing Secretary and Office Manager.  Natasha came to Australia in 2011 working in administration, before commencing with Interaction in November 2016.  At the time she had dual roles – Receptionist (job share) and with our Behaviour & Allied Health Services team as Admin Assistant.  It wasn’t long before Natasha moved out of the Reception role and into a part-time Support Worker role, whilst continuing as Admin Assistant for BAHS and studying Bachelor of Counselling.

Fast forward to 2019, Natasha has moved from both positions and is now very much welcomed as part of the Direct Support team.  Here she coordinates with clients, their families and Interaction staff to provide assistance and support with daily  living as well as social and community access.

Reading, spending time with her son and crafting is what Natasha likes to do in her spare time.
